Windwalker, have you definitely tried the script on an ND since adding the background image change? Removed the USB drive and rebooted the infotainment. I tried the process again (and again got the data collection done screen) and waited even longer, just to make sure the script was done running. Then I removed the USB thumb drive and held down the NAV/MUTE/RETURN buttons for 10 seconds until the system rebooted. Eventually, I DID see a screen that said data collection was done (first time that's happened) and I let it sit for a bit longer. I plugged in the USB drive, pressed the start button once (no foot on the clutch) and waited for the Infotainment system to start up. It did its thing and, according to its log, deleted a crap load of hidden files from the USB thumb drive before it automatically ejected it from my Mac. I downloaded the "Hidden Cleaner" app and, after running the app, I dragged the USB thumb drive image to the Hidden Cleaner app. I found mention that the hidden files need to be removed in this thread (message #15): I don't know how large of a drive it can access, you might be careful to not go too large like 64 or 128 Gb, the car may not have the capacity to read it.
I have used up to a 16 Gb thumb drive in the car. If you are on a PC, right mouse click and check properties.

The images and Original image-copy to images to go back should be folders with one image in each of them. What are the EncryptStick lite files? Those should not be there.
